“Bloom into You”

Ages 14-17 (18 yr olds in high school).

Together, we’ll foster self-acceptance, manage emotions, build grounding techniques, improve communication skills, and recognize and reframe negative self-talk.

We’ll connect with experiential tools: role-playing, mindfulness activities, and creative expression to deepen understanding and personal growth.

There’s so much more to discover during our time together!

Join us as we create, play, express, and explore creative skills that build our capacity, strength, and sense of resilience!
