Full rate $42/week - Normal rate for those who have a job, who can pay all their bills, who eat meals out.

$30/week -Discounted rate for those who are barely making it from check to check, who are worried about paying bills.

$20/week - This is for those who need the most support: low income, single parents, have medical bills.

Generous rate $60 - This helps us offer a lower rate to anyone who needs it.

Every other week - Creative Support Group for Women to explore authentic connection to self and others in the midst of trauma recovery!

Join us as we create, play, express, and explore creative and embodied skills that build our capacity, strength, and sense of resilience!

In this group, every high school age teen (14-17, 18 in high school) will have a safe space to explore her feelings about the challenges she’s facing and learn gentle and creative ways to navigate them

This group is for teens who:

-need more safe peers

-want to find creative tools

-have anxiety and/or depression
