I believe those patterns usually make sense once you understand where they came from, and my work centers on helping clients recognize them with compassion rather than judgment. I draws on Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), IFS-informed work, attachment-based and EFT-informed approaches, and the Hakomi Method, a body-based, somatic form of therapy.
