Ages 18-29*
Join us in a welcoming space to discover and empower who you are, connect with others, and speak your truth.
Together, we’ll explore what it looks like to own your voice, let go of self-doubt, honor your values and boundaries, and build meaningful connections.
Led by: Alison Erdmann LAC
Times: Tuesdays at 5pm-6pm

Telling My Story
LGBTQIA+ Teen Group
6-week Closed group
Ages 14-18* (In high school)
This is a group for exploring all the parts of yourself and discovering your own story with the support of creativity and support from peers!
Goals for the group:
*Encourage Creative expression and connection to creative resources
*Increase sense-of-self and self-compassion
*Increase sense of community
